All reservations are confirmed by email with our team at info@nilesafarilodge.com. We do not accept bookings made through online booking platforms.

To receive your reservation summary, please send us:

- A copy of a valid ID or passport for each guest
- Your check-in and check-out dates
- Any activities or transport you would like us to arrange

## Deposits

| Season | Dates | To confirm |

| Low season | 1 March to 31 May, 1 October to 14 December | 30% non-refundable deposit within 14 days of booking |
| High season | 15 December to 29 February, 1 June to 30 September | 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking |

- **Check-in**: From 13:00. Earlier access depends on availability on the day.
- **Check-out**: By 10:00. Late check-out until 18:00 is charged at 50% of the room rate.
- **Children**: Under 5 stay free when sharing with full-paying adults (maximum two). Ages 5–15 sharing with adults pay a reduced rate.
- **Honeymoons**: Every banda is ideal for honeymoon couples. Ask us about the Exclusive Banda's candlelit riverside dinner.
